We would go down Tulum Beach on a regular basis, in the afternoons the wind would pick up and there was a number of kite surfers down at the beach tick tacking across the water. There a couple of Kite Boarding schools at Tulum beach. However, I have never tried Kite boarding, so for now I will stick to surfing.
